Uptech Computer, Hoover AL Patton Creek Location They charged me for not fixing my computer and did not give me a refund. Hoover , Alabama
I took my computer over there for them to fix it. My computer was not coming on before I took it over there. I went back a week later to pick it up and I paid for it. I took it home and it was doing the same thing it was doing when I first took it over there. I took it back over there and I get a call from Patrick who says that it is going to cost me another 130+ dollars to fix it this time. First of all it was never fixed is what I was telling him. He says that this time it is a hardware issue. My goodness are you serious. Ok what was it the first time? Patrick says that something could of happen to it while I had it. I said first of all, I only pushed the power button to turn it on and it did not come on. I asked to speak to the manager and Patrick told me that I could not speak to the manager over the phone and he told me to come into the store to see the manager. I then asked Patrick what was his managers name? Patrick told me that it was against company policy to give me the managers name. I go back over there to talk with the Primary Contact: Mr. Kenny Chen (Manager) He basically said the same thing no refunds, and I had to pay extra to get it fixed. This place is not putting the customer first at all. They try to run over people and have you continue to pay for services that they never do. It is a shame I have to be on here reporting this company. Their customer services is horrible. They lie and claim that they have fixed the problem and never did. They are in business for ripping people off. Please stay away from them. This Business is not BBB Accredited. I should have done my research before allowing myself to be taken advantage of. Please stay away!
