I did contact Urban Active from the cards and they forward your info on 2 other people and then they give you the run around in a return email. You can't call them. Those cards are for show and nothing else. Just take mine and everyone else's advise...JUST DON'T GO IN.... I pay month to month for a membership...no problem there. Personal training is for 1 year...when signed up was told no problem you can quit personal training at any time....they don't mention that you will pay almost $550 to stop it in fees (includes down payment for class time NOT USED. Personal trainers are also out of shape or constantly on cell phones on the floor, they do not help with equipment that you do not know how to use....because they don't know how to use it themselves. I am going to take my own advise and never join a gym again.
