UrbanFly Aka Urban Fly Apparel absolute ripoff dishonest irresponsible non-responsive fraud Lewes Delaware
They (Urban Fly Apparel) charge me even BEFORE they check whether they have product in-stock. I notified I wanted a refund from them. I paid with VISA, and expected a VISA refund.
They said they are having problems with their bank and can't give refund on VISA. They said they will send me a money order refund.
Money order never received. I have been trying to contact them by email and phone but no answer. This is a total ripoff. DO NOT BUY anything from them.

I am starting up a clothing company and I am calling it the Urban Fly Apparel. I recently graduated from college and I researched to make sure that this company name wasnt taken and was given the go ahead to create this company. Upon a google search, I realized that this site had two complaints on a company called UrbanFly apparel. I just want to let all consumers know that my company is not the same as the above stated UrbanFly. That company wasnt real and they never existed. If you really want to shop for the best urban clothing on the net come to my site (www.theurbanfly.com) and check us out. All of your payments are taken by paypal and they are 100% secure. Our customer service will respond to all emails received and we will guarantee that your merchandise can be sent before we even accept your order. Remember, we are not these guys.
