I had the same problem - I returned some merchandise yet the company told me for WEEKS they could not locate the return. Finally they found it but could not issue a refund due to "software problems". I contacted my credit card company months after the fact on the advice of my friend and they have issued a credit to me and are pursuing the matter with urbanq. Call your CC company TODAY and explain to them you wish to dispute this charge!
