US National Bank trying to get money from bank account by threatening personal arrest. Irvine California
I recieved a phone call from 949 743 2064 stating that i owed money in the amount of 967.00. Two individuals by names Neil Kennedy and Sharon Seqrei claimed that they were from some sort of attorneys office.
They told me I, need to pay this amount today or pay them 60% of the amount with my atm or debit card the same day. They also wanted an appology letter with a fax number of 949 612 0853 attn Sharon Seqrei with the last 4 digits of my social security number and stating that I, had defaulted on an account and I amgoing to repay it in 3 installments.
They had all my current information on file stating if I, don't pay that I would be sent to jail and lose my job. I told them that I, had no knowledge of this account or loan. They persisted that I pay it back either in full or in installments. They even called my wife and threatend her by telling her she was going to jail if I, didnt pay. I tried to get information about the bank and they refused to give me information on it they stated it was a conflict of interest. They refused and kept talking over me.
I have proof that they never deposited any money into my account. This is a fraudulent attempt to get money from people. I have to file a police report and notify FTC about the situation with this bank. I will never get a payday loan again .

ABC news did a story on this company and others like it You cannot be arrested for debt unless you wrote a bad check Do not talk to them Keep track of their calls and make a ledger of all calls that come in If you have caller id take pictures and if they leave a message record those messages Helped me in my case against idiots like these - Sued and Won Good luck
