If you need a job as a truck driver, this company is near the bottom of the barrel. You will be forced to run way over your hours, you will be lied to by nearly everyone at this company. Orientation is a big joke, they have so many drivers there they can' t properly process them. Dispatch is terrible. There should be laws to prosecute them and the company. When you call dispatch they cannot help you. If you need an address, forget it. These kids either can't or won' t give it to you. They don't seem to know why you need a street address to locate anything. I guess mommy and daddy did all the driving for them when they needed to get somewhere. Go anywhere but here. You will be better off delivering pizzas, I kid you not. You will not get time home promised.

lets see with 80% of the trucks and every driver that started after 2010 being on E-LOGS just how did they force you to drive over when the dam e-log beeps every min after you go over and it sends a massage to dispatch, safety and logs that you are driving over your hours

I drove for Us Xpress several years and not once was I forced to drive. "Did someone have a gun to your Head" you do understand that if DOT pulled you over your name was going to be on the ticket not US Xpress. Common Sense...The key to being a good driver with good loads is "Stop being Nasty to your Driver Manager" Attitude is the key. US Xpress was good to me and many of my friends.
