Hi,

I've worked for usa credit for a year now and I know the whole operation, how everything works. Now your dealing with an honest Christian in this society and I'm not going to tell you anything false or untrue. The website where you apply for the card is legal so it has to tell about the fees involved and it does state it's a shopping card. These customers who are saying they hit the "decline" button they are declining an upgrade for the card.

The website for the application is usaplatinumcard.com if you'd like to check it out and see for yourself. These people are upset because they aren't reading what they are doing. If you don't read it, it can be very misleading. Now just because the people aren't reading doesn't mean they deserve this, that's why we offer a 30 day free trial and you can get your money back up to 30 days no questions asked. Unfortuneatly people are getting upset if it's past 30 days w/ no refund but it is a legal application that they did apply for. You have to click a box on the application that says I read understand and agree to all the terms and conditions or the application won't submit, it's impossible. If you don't believe me go try it.

Now what I don't agree with is the actual club. We have a lot of customers very upset about the bargin basement blowout sale items. They can't be applied to the card, and that's all the items everyone wants. I know they can't send these expensive items because w/ no credit check they don't know if these customers are even going to pay for these items. In that case the site is pointless. These people think "well I have bad credit I can get what I want on credit w/ this company" but you can't. And that's what I don't like about the company.

I really wish I can work somewhere where I don't have to talk to displeased customers all day, b/c I'm a very pleasant person. But as a single mother this job is all I got. If I was an outsider viewing the site I would be vulnerable and probably apply too. I feel bad for anyone caught in this mess. I am available to get a hold of if need be. I did manage to get a refund.  I called Commonwealth Marketing Group and since I was within my 30 day trial time I just called.  Of course they tried to only give me half back so I would keep the account open but after 20 minutes they agreed to refund my $149.95.  It takes them up to 30 days to put it back in your account but it is refunded

Just because you are a 'Christian" that doesn't mean you won't lie! I have found people who have to run up to you and the 1st thing out of their mouth is "I'm a Xtian so you can trust and believe me" is the biggest rip off ever! These are the type people I run the other way from...if someone is truly a Xtian, there's no need to point it out, other people will know. If someone is doing something to truly be against their values or morals, they either DON'T do it, or they stop. But since most of the hypocrites in the world ARE Xtians, I guess that's why and this is yet another example. Now, I hope my view is NOT pulled because that can be cause for serious legal action, as I am exercising my Federally guaranteed freedom of speech and no state or local jurisdiction shall exercise any control over these right and yes, I have been in the legal profession over 15 years!

I was solicited by USA Credit today. When I checked the Website that they provided me, I found "Rip-off Report.com" and became concerned with the company's viability and intentions. It seems that there are many complaints against USA Credit. I refuse to do business with any company that is not approved by the Better Business Bureau. Could you please provide more information on this company? Also, why are so many consumers irate with their products and services??? Thank you for your help.

I am a struggling college student who thought it would be a good idea to get a credit card to build my credit. I did not read the terrible website in enough detail and whne everything was filled out i was told of the 149.95. I did not have any money in my account and was charged 90 dollars in overdraft fees from my bank and now i am -207 in the hole. thanks usaplatinum.
