USA Credit Commonwealth Marketing Group - USA Benefits ripoff dishonest, buys your bank info from other internet companys and takes your money Uniontown Pennsylvania
I found an ACH withdrawl for $9.95 on my bank account from a company called USA Benefits. I had never heard of this company before. I had to do extensive research to find out who they were.
I googled them and found their phone number. When I called, they informed me that they had gotten my info from a payday loan company I had applied to. I never even got the loan.
I told them I did not know who they were and I want my money back. They refused. I did some more research and found their policy and term of conditions. It says that I can get my money back if I cancel within 30 days. I read this to them, and they still refuse a refund. And they say this same amount will come out every month.
I found out that I am paying for a FREE credit report! What is that?!!! I filed a dispute at the bank and a report with the BBB.
Beware of this scam. I don't even think this is legal. Be very careful of payday loans and read all fine print if you give out your bank info to anyone over the internet!
