Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I received a call from USA Credit about an unsecured credit line for $7,500 and that I would never have to pay interest on purchasses with no monthly fees or anything. They sounded so convincing and they said that they were competitors with Wal-Mart and Target (online). They told me that it would help build my husband's and mine credit.

They also told me that for a small fee, I would also get free roadside assistance (now isn't that an oxi-moron)! They ended up taking out $108.90 from my checking account for this supposed great credit card. Later that day, we (my husband and I) looked at the website to check out what we thought was a good thing, then realized that it was all a scam!

They wanted everything marked with 2 *'s to be paid in full and EVERYTHING had those *'s! When I tried to call the 24-hour customer service number they gave me, the automated teller person said that I had an incorrect number and to hang up and try my call again! They lied to us; I explained to them in the beginning that my husband and I just got married and we were just starting out in life and couldn't afford the $108.90 that they wanted from us.

When they heard that they assured me that I would get an extra $5,000 on my credit line to equal $12,500 and that they would REFUND my money in the form of a certificate that would be sent in the mail. I never got the certificate, never got the credit card, or any help. All I got was a lousy phone call that ripped me and my husband out of $108.90 that was to pay our bills!

They also told me that they were going to take out $19.95 every month if I wanted to keep the $5,000 extra credit. So, how am I suppost to cancel this crap if they gave me the wrong number!?! I find it ironic that the first time I trusted an online company to not be a scam, they were!

I feel so STUPID for falling for it! I can't beleive people actually live with themselves doing this to other people! It's CRUEL and HEARTLESS and it needs to STOP!

Someone needs to do something about this and help us out so this can be prevented from happening to anyone else! Luckily, I found this website (badbusinessbureau.com) when I was checking out a different credit card company that sent a credit card to us in the mail, the funny thing is that they were on this site as well! I found one scam before it was too late, but unfortunately, it was to late to save myself from USA Credit (usashoppingclub.com).

rebuttal for employee. You just given away the company's secret twice. First one: "We get new scprits and rebuttals and they also record all conversations. There are times that some of us get written up for missing a word like saying "this can help your credit", we will get a write up which goes on our work record, we would have to say "this could help your credit". This tell everyone that the company knows they're ripping their customers off by making sure the employees use the correct "words" You can't say credit card, visa, and from my training the things they sell on the website are NOT like sears, Wal-Mart, and penny's. This was a big NO in training! Second secret: The script!! You must have forgot about this one in your training as an employee for the Common Wealth Marking Group.(aka) USA Credit.. Now the local Media can get this.. I bet you'll be fired for this one. We are issuing you a merchandise only USA Credit Platinum Shopping card with a 7,500 credit line and 0% interest on purchases. Your card activation begins immediately and your credit account entitles you the ability to purchase up to $7,500 worth of products online at the usa shopping club. We will report your credit line to a major credit bureau as an unsecured line, so if you were looking to establish some positive credit this could help you quite a bit. Your new account with us is a rotating charge account which means that you don't have to pay any interest on it. It's good for products that you can purchase online through the usa shopping club. The products are quality and the items offered are similar to those you would find at well-known retailers like sears, penny's, and wal-mart. Jewelry, electronics and sporting goods are popular as well as everyday items such as housewares and auto accessories. Now, like I stated before there is no month to month accumilation of interest on the account, the way it works is simple. Each time you make a purchase from the usa shopping club you are typically required to submit only shipping and handling. Each month after you are only required to pay 5% of your outstanding balance or $10 which ever is greater of the two. Do you understand how that works? Now I do see that there is a one time membership fee of just 79.95, but I also show that this fee will be fully refunded back to you by way of an account payment voucher that is good toward the monthly payments on items purchased at the usa shopping club. My computer shows that you are with( ) bank, is that correct? That is a checking/savings correct? Those funds are available to get you started correct? I have your routing number as********* correct? And your account number reads? People are right about the sale on the web site. 90% of their products are all on sale. (this is the scam) This means that you can not use your usa credit card to purchase anything. You must use your own financial means and pay full price. Um.. what's the point in paying a $149.00 for a card you can not use. Trust me the company has their i's and t's crossed when it come to telemarketing laws. So you all won't put them out of business anytime soon. Most of the reps that come on here and rebuttal you are just explaining what their taught in training to say. This one gave up secrets. It's shame people fall for this scam, but you must read the fine print!! On the first app there is a term and conditions link, click that and read it before your give out your information at all times!!. Never give out your banking information and think they won't take money from your account, why do you think they asked for it in the first place? Alicia don't feel stupid, sometimes we do desperate things in desperate times. These are the people they target or take advantage of. They already know you have no credit. Good luck. Ex Employee.

I do mean to sound rude or arrogant but I can prove all of these MISUNDERSTANDINGS are simply that... misunderstandings. See, we have lawyers that come in on a regular basis to make sure that our scripting, wording and presentation are up to legal code. We get new scprits and rebuttals and they also record all conversations. There are times that some of us get written up for missing a word like saying "this can help your credit", we will get a write up which goes on our work record, we would have to say "this could help your credit". If you get too many write ups you can get suspended without pay or fired. There are people who have the job to listen to every phone call to make sure we are following script to detail and even our rebuttals. Now I love this job because it's Great pay and I get to talk to all kinds of people, but i have worked in all the departments there so I know all the secrets. The biggest thing that I've learned is that people do not listen when they hear 7,500 credit line no interest, and they do not read the fine print. Here is how the script goes; We are issuing you a merchandise only USA Credit Platinum Shopping card with a 7,500 credit line and 0% interest on purchases. My computer shows that you are with( ) bank, is that correct? That is a checking/savings correct? Those funds are available to get you started correct? I have your routing number as********* correct? And your account number reads? NOW SAY ALL OF THAT UNDER 4 MINUTES AND YOU'LL SEE WHY IT CAN BE CONFUSING, EVEN TO YOU.
