USA EXPRESS MOVING Fraudulently raising the final charge and an attempt to charge my card twice Bristol Pennsylvania
The usaexpress moving company raised the final bill by about $720 from $1630 to $2350 when they arrived at the destination. Even after being paid, they refused to discharge my stuff unless another credit card info and authorization was signed! At this point I called Jersey City Police in New Jersey after which they denied an attempt to charge twice and proceeded to offload my stuff.
This company has some of the rudest employees you can run into and my experience ranged from unreturned calls to a manager called DANA ( I hope I spelt it right) screaming at me so loud over the phone I had to send a written complaint to them but it turned she was the one to handle the complaint as the most senior manager and the boss as she called herself. She said she was second only to the owner of the company. She told me flatly that nobody interferes with whatever she does.
This company symbolizes the worst example of fraud and extortion.
