For the 5th time in a single year I have had a problem with mistakes made by USAA Insurance. My father was a Vet of WWII and Korea so they are supposed to help my family and I. I had a lapse of a few days when I was stranded out of town and away from all services.

I returned and was forced to pay double my regular rate. I paid it to get my insurance back. I then called to make my next payment and had enough on my card to make the payment and it had jumped again. I was forced to pay again and was given a specific date to avoid such things again.

I called to make my payment and they had technical issues and said I could pay the next day. I was told the payment the next day was $50 more than the day before despite their issue and I shared the conversation from the previous day.

I paid the amound sent in an email. I recieved a notice of cancelation a few days later. I was told I needed to pay yet another jacked up price by the fourth.

We straigtened out my jacked up payment and a payment scheduel again that was against what I was told and what was sent via email. I called today, the 4th, the day I was told to pay and I was told to pay an extra $120 to keep my insurance because I was a day late.

They said if I paid the increased rate again they would stop the cancelation. I asked if I could pay the amount I was told and pay the rest on the original date agreed upon.

I was told they could not do that, they could not stop the cancelation. They have the ability to keep me on if I pay an amount never before told to me on random days never disclosed, but they have no control to follow through \on the information provided me by their staff.

I paid for a situation out of my control and accepted that. They have taken advantage and expected me to pay for their mistakes and incompitence ever since. I will not pay them now nor will I ever use them again.

I start a new job Monday and will be paying a year in advance with my first check. USAA's loss.
