While you assert that you contacted our company "three times" with no response our records show that your account was in fact cancelled. You may have circumvented the refund process by cancelling the card, however. That was of course completely unnecessary as A simple phone call would have sufficed to cancel your membership in less than 5 minutes. We have a 24-hour toll-free number listed prominently on the 'Contact' page of the Web site. While we DO in fact answer every email that we receive you could have received instant service by contacting us through that particular method. You will of course need to discuss with you bank the process for retreiving fundds that we attempted to credit to a closed account.
