On Friday April 1,2011 , I went to 5th 3rd Bank to draw my SSA off of my USDirectExpress card. The teller withdrew the money, then because the area codes were differant "I had just moved" and she went back to the machine and voided it out. I recieved no money and the money on the card was still taken off the card. The manager "Ryan A. Pope" called the card co. and they told him to write a letter explaining the bank didn't give me the money. They give him a fax # 765-778-2972. and he faxed a letter to them and also the void slip. We were told I would have my money by 5th at the latest. It wasn't put on and I called the card co. #888-741-1115. I was told that it could come anytime that they had no way of checking up on it except through the internet. They also said they had no address or phone number where the money comes from. Basically they could only tell me what they read on their computors.
On Wednesday the 6th of April I went back to the bank to resend the letter again. I called the card co. and spoke to a supervisor "Justin" who gave me a complete different fax #. He said the other fax # we used was not the right one. He gave us 210-923-4815, we faxed still another copy to them. He said I would have my money by Wednesday the 13th of April. I don't know what else to do. Today is the 14th and I still haven't got my money. Its been a nightmare. I have heart trouble and my blood pressure is high, this situation is not right. They need to pay me.
