Usedphones.com Stole my entire office phone system, promising to pay several times but never did! Simi Valley California
As a business owner, a decision was made to downsize my corporate headquarters at which time my new office space included a brand new phone system. Shortly thereafter, I contacted several companies regarding a possible purchase my existing AT&T Partner which was no longer needed. I spoke with UsedPhones.com, sent photos and a detailed inventory of my entire system. We agreed upon a price and they sent me a purchase order for shipping them the multiple bulk (boxed) items. They never paid me for my system. I spoke with them dozens of times wherein they gave me every excuse and lie under the sun. I spoke with the Owner of the company and he assured me they would be sending me a check for the contracted amount. I had the contract, paperwork and even the return receipt from the shipping company that they had received my system. The last contact I had was with the owner directly and his latest response was simply to "Get Lost....the economy is in a shamble....Sue me if you want!" This company is a Fraud. They Stole my system and were completely deceitful the instant they had my equipment. I was Never paid.
