i use my hard earned money to a downloading site and did not get my acess codes but did get a email say enjoy your 25 gigs of downloading thank for using USENET.NL

I too seem to being ripped off by usenet.nl. Unlike you I received my login and password. I signed up for the trial period yesterday, December 20th. Today my bank called saying there were not one, but two charges for $4.31 from usenet.nl. I am in the free trial period so I shouldn't be charged anything for another two weeks.
When I called usenet.nl service number, an automated message came on and gave its message and then put me on hold. I was on hold for about five minutes when the automated system came back on saying all their customer service reps were busy and that I could A. call back later, B. leave a message, C. contact them through their support form on their website.
Since I never reached anyone on the phone I thought I would look for the support form on their website but couldn't find it. So I did a google search and found it.
If they go and withdraw the $8.62 I will go to the cops and press charges for fraud.
