Also contacted by this firm - rude actions

I was contacted by this firm today regarding an 'opportunity' to offer there services as an independent 'Partner'. The first contact was from a lady named Laura. Then transferred to a recorded 5 minute message as to what they offer. Following the message a person named Robert Weigold (in Arizona) came on the phone, phone number 602-956-6261, offering a 'First Call' opportunity of $200 to get into their system. The 'system' offered a Personalized Website, an Agent Code, a Coach that would provide 20 businesses that would produce within 60 days, and a Salesforce working for you for 6 months. Other ways to produce income through loans via Mastercard/Visa were talked about and that there were from 18-20 ways to make money via their system. I told Mr. Weigold that I wanted a couple of hours to review their website and check other resources. He agreed, reluctantly, to call me back. During that time I reviewed the Better Business Bureau site that he had referred me to, as well as checking Google and Rippoff Report. When Robert Weigold called me back I informed him of my findings on the Ripoff Report and Googleing. He became very abrasive. I interrupted his ranting and told him that I was going to 'pass on this opportunity' and his immediate response was "Do you hear this?" and then HE HUNG UP. Shortly thereafter Laura called and asked about the conversation with Robert. I reiterated the conversation and Robert's rude action. Laura attempted to appolize and I asked repeatedly to be removed from their list. NOTE: This sounds like other telemarketing firms that use the 'first call, lower cost' close. When presented with 'problems with their offer' the telemarketer turns objectionable, rude and otherwise non-objective. Hanging up is their first line of defense. I do not know whether or not this firm is legitimate, but their telemarketing leads me to believe they are another scam. Simply BE WARE !! I chose NOT to go with this "opportunity".

Stefan Worth who works with US Merchant Systems scammed me too!

#4Consumer Suggestion

I was also lied to from Stefan Worth at US Merchant Systems. He lied about the "free" equipment and he lied to me about me saving money each month. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General as well as the local Police Report. He has lied to other merchants in Santa Barbara, CA as well as San Luis Obispo County, CA. Beware of Greg Baker (who claims to be the manager of his office). Also, my wife's friend owns a gallery in Carmel, CA and a Dustin Moore sold her a "bag of goods" and lied to her. He works for the same company (as his business card states). However, if you call the Grover Beach, CA office, they say "Dustin Moore no longer works here". I have hired an attorney who will be setting up a class action lawsuit against Stefan Worth. Let me know if you are interested! Stop these crocks! DO NOT use this company!!!
