Too many people in this list mention that they were having problems with "Windows" or their camera or printer. Computers are not like cars and warranty repair is not done by one entity. When you buy a computer you get pieces delivered from several sources. Your computer manufacturer didn't make your camera or printer in most cases they just make the tower from several pieces and bundle the rest. Why would you go to them for support on something they had very little to do with? The rule is you always go back to the manufacturer of the device. If you buy a computer with the Canon camera that dies, you should go back to them otherwise by contacting the reseller that bundled the product they will just send you a new one with the same problems and the real manufacturer of the bad product gets off scott free with no responsibilty. Too many people think that if one thing fails that the whole bundle is bad and that simply isn't true. In most cases it's Windows that fails because a program gets corrupt from a virus or from a inexperienced user who installs a rouge program inadvertantly. This is like driving top speed through a construction site and getting a flat tire and the saying "Wow I got a flat tire I'm going to go yell at my Chevy dealer about this". There will always be someone to complain when something goes wrong no-matter what brand the computer is. Also here is a secret the componets in you V2 Premier are the same ones in a Dell, HP, or a Compaq you could just as likely have had the same problems with those systems.
