I purchased my machine in August 2003 from ShopNBC. I had a problem with my machine making a clicking noise. Called customer support and all they wanted to do was reset my computer. Sent out a disc which did nothing. Then sent out a new hard drive.

Computer has seemed to work fine since the hard drive replacement, but I am very leary on how well this machine will continue to perform. I've read the many complaints on this web site and it really irritates me that a company could have this many frustrated customers. I was anxious to use the software included, but most of it is useless.

Everytime my wife and I pay ShopNBC we regret making that decision. It really frustrated me that ShopNBC advertised that this was a deal that wasn't going to last much longer so act fast. I bet I've seen the same guy giving the selling speal 50 times since then. I feel like ShopNBC is just screwing with people by saying this.
