Vacation International (Professionals): VIP Travel Beware This Company is a"MAJOR" Rip-Off Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Between August and September 2007, my husband and I attended a presentation sponsored by Vacation International Professionals (aka VIP Travels). The presentation sounded so good that we forked out $3500, and to date we have not received any correspondence regarding our many calls and letters to the company.
Then today I was reviewing my credit card statement (the same credit card used to pay the initial $3500) and noticed a new charge for $199. As I stated earlier no one representing the company has acknowledge my previous correspondence for a full refund of the $3500, yet they actually billed my card again without authorization.
I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and it will be reversed and I was told there will be an investigation.
