All I have to say to your situatuionis is this. Tim is a long time friend of mine and as you know being in sales, efficiency is the key to working smart. As you said a vaca deal is a vaca deal. So then you should be very happy that you bought your weeks on average of 399 per week/ 1-4 people in a condo, villa, chalet,or townhouse all over the world. BY THE WAY, YOU KNOW AS WELL AS I DO THERE ARE 3 PLACES ON THE CONTRACT TELLING YOU THAT IN THE STATE OF GA. THAT CONTRACT IS NOT SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF RECISSION, AND YOU SIGNED+ ALL THREE PLACES. Your an adult and made a wise decision, then went home had buyers remorse and are now trying to kick and scream to get out. I know those people personally and I sure Tim WILL work something out with you, probably allready has. BUT IM SURE YOU WONT POST POSITIVE THINGS. This is a negative world. You can do 100 things correct but as soon as there is 1 mistake its the end of the world. So in my opinion before you go around company bashing pointing fingers remember this. "IF YOUR POINTING THE FINGER @ SOMEONE/SOMETHING YOU HAVE THREE POINTING BACK TO YOU" GET IT. Anyway im sure all worked out, but i cant stand people lying about their experience @ the office. Everyone is treated w/ utmost respect and gratitude. Sincerely Pauly

Hey Douglas, First of all the discount travel clubs have very simple peramiters. But one peramiter that they dont have is to put you in a villa. townhouse, condo or chalet if where you want to go is a State Park like Chincoteaque Island. You can only camp there. Now I have been in this industry a long time and VNI is one of the best clubs out there. I dont even work for them anymore because I own my own company in Fla now in home improvements. Over the years I have seen thousands of families put on vacations that would have stayed a "dream" if they did not have this plan. So for you to say it doesnt work is ignorant because before you go home after you said yes, the whole process is completly gone over with you several times. Thats the law. If you want to spend 350 plus a night go right ahead or you can give them merely 60 days notice mid season or 90 days notice for prime season. About what the regular world would plan a nice week @ the beach. So the moral of the story is stop complaining and use the reservation process correctly and you will be where you want to be 98.6% of the time. That is the average sucess rate of confirmations. Quite good. And be creative if you dont want to travel book a week anywhere and rent it out the possibilities are endless but you have a preconcieved notion in your mind, so just change your mind and all will be well. Sincerely, Paul M.

When prospective clients attended one or our presentations, the first thing that the clients are told is that after the presentation, they do not have to stay, they are free to leave our offices, no pressure or hassle. If they choose to stay to ask questions, they can, there is still no pressure to sign a contract with our company. Any prospective client who walks into our office is free to get up and leave at any time. upon investigation with our sales managers, no one ever stated anything to any clients about siging a contract, so a sales person can get paid. Why would they say that, when any client can get up and leave? No one is required to stay. We agreed to cancel this person's contract with us, and her refund was done immediately. Everything was done as quickly as possible. We wish her good luck in her future traveling endeavers.
