BuyaTimeShare will tell you what you what to hear about selling your timeshare. They will make it sound like they have buyers waiting and the sale of your timeshare is just a matter of a few days. They also reference a contract for you to review and sign...giving the perception that the signed contract is the action document to get started and they will have that emailed to you the same day they solicit you by phone. They ask you to review and return the signed contract immediately so you can get started with the advertising of your property.....CAUTION!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! They will immediately charge your account and you will not hear from them when you try to contact them by phone or by email. In my case, I did not receive the contract as described and became suspicious. After looking online to investigate BuyaTimeshare.com, I knew that I had been ripped off! I immediately called and emailed to advise them that I would not sign the contract and did not wish to do business with BuyaTimeshare.com. There has been no response from BuyaTimeshare and YES they ripped me off for $764.00.
I have filed a complaint with Online Business Bureau. I recommend ALL to do the same! The case is currently being investigated by Online Business Bureau.
I will report the results...in any case, please join me in reporting this unethical company to Online Business Bureau. This company needs to be EXPOSED!!!

Afterf 3 months, I have finally received my refund of $765.00. I believe the complaint filed with the Online Business Bureau is what prompted the refund action.

We have looked into this complaint with great interest. Please contact BuyATimeshare.com today to receive your refund. It is unclear why you were not refunded initially and I apologize for any inconvenience. If you did signed the contract when you agreed to the transaction you would still be eligible for the refund within the 72-hour rescission period.

BuyATimeshare does not have a contract to advertise my property and I do not want advertising from BuyATimeshare. I have reported this information to BuyATimeshare by phone and by email. The phone call, ( voice mail because no one answers the phone ) and email were both delivered to BuyATimeshare in less than 72 hours from the original solicitation call from BuyATimeshare.
I am requesting that you take my timeshare off your website and refund my full $764.00. You do not have a contract to advertise my property!
