 Way to go, Vagho! They stole our money...and will steal yours too! Description: Salesman named Nelson & other Vagho Auto staff including owner Georgina, used deceptive & fraudulent sales practices to steal a customer's down payment. {REPEAT} Vagho Auto stole our money and they will steal yours too. Salesman named Nelson acted like he was still working out the terms of the deal for the purchase of a car from Vagho. He told the customer to return the next morning and they would finish the deal then as he continued to search for terms within the customer's price range. When the customer returned the next day, Nelson never showed up. Vagho staff stated it was Nelson's day off. They told the customer to return the next day to talk with Nelson as no one but him could help the customer finish the deal. The next day, Nelson shows up but starts offering customer deals on other cars. When customer stated they were only interested in one car, Nelson then advised that the car purchase was finalized on the first day...something that was never communicated to the customer neither did the customer give their consent or acceptance of the purchase terms. The customer stated at least 12 times over the 3 day period that the car was unaffordable to which initially Nelson agreed to try to find more affordable terms. Instead, Nelson reneged on his promise and tried to coerce the customer into an auto purchase contract by using bait and switch tactics, lying and other deceptive practices.

Next, Vagho started switching salespeople who continued lying to the customer. They even advised the customer to lie to the lender about car insurance by telling the customer to cancel full coverage after the car was financed. When the customer asked to speak to a manager, the customer was told Georgina, the owner, would be in later that afternoon. While the customer was waiting for Georgina to come in as they also refused to let him speak to her on the phone, Vagho staff told the customer that Georgina was out of the country. It's been two months and Vagho still has the customer's downpayment despite numerous requests for its return.
