Paid $4,000.00 to have steps and foundation stone-masoned. After 1 month it starts to crumble easily just by touch ing it! We called Manny or Enrique about it. said they would come over and look at it. but they never showed.  Called about 10 times, no answer, no call back. phone rang and rang!

One day we called and found the line has been disconnected. his cell phone not in use nomore.  and The BBB said they have never heard of them. Mexican-looking/spanish maybe from south america. they looked very spanish though. Spanish thiefs!!!! Rip Offs. people have no conscience.!!

" You think we would hired illegal immigrants/unlicenced/unbonded companies to get paid to do work?! NO WE DONoT!!  "

OK, that must mean that the company was licensed and bonded.   In that case you should have no problem going after their bond, which is what the previous poster was trying to tell you.   I'd suggest contacting the state agency which licenses contractors for info on how to claim on their bond.

You think we would hired illegal immigrants/unlicenced/unbonded companies to get paid to do work?! NO WE DONoT!!  First off let me elaborate more info on this. We were referred from someone at church so we did not know what they looked like until we met them. Yes lesson next time we'll call the BBB but who knows how up to date they are. They don't do anything. and neither will you people. maybe ripoffreport is bull----.

Hello,
If they are licensed and bonded contractors you can go after there bond , if not
I would suggest in the future not using unlicensed and bonded illegal imigrants to get the cheapest bid.
Sorry for your loss
