I was told by Patricia Williams that if I paid $3,870, she can get me into a government program, created to assist people that have lost value in their homes due to the housing crisis. It is called a Flex Refinance, where the current appraised value of my home is used for my new loan amount. The second is negoiated with the lender and they are offered a small amount to settle the account. The new lender will then pay off the the old lender and my new loan would start with my first payment (30) days after my loan is funded. The whole process was supposed to take 30-60 days. The initial review of my file took 3 days and then Patricia notified me of my approval into the program and payment was due, directly deposited into an account that she gave me. She claimed to have had an Attorney that would intervene, if necessary, to accomplish the goal at no additional cost. She stated that she had done this for 20+ people, all of whom were successful and no clients being turned down. After being paid, the next 5 weeks, she and KC (only have her initials from email) told me that they were working on my file but people were in front of me. Finally, they informed me that the program I had paid for had been cancelled. I ended up contacting my lender myself. When I told Patricia, she called my lender to ensure that the information was accurate. However, she was unable to work out anything on my behalf. She simply said that I should take the deal that I worked out on my own. When I asked for a refund, KC refused. She claimed that the program I had paid for had been cancelled at no fault of theirs.

They are now doing business as DI Financial www.difinancial.net You can reach them at (714) 372-2229 They are known scammers and have already been busted by undercover reporters. They use many aliases. They are con artists, plain and simple. The following three people are involved: Patricia Williams Salli Cruz Crislynn Eichenberger If you call, no matter what you call for, you will be transferred to the voicemail box of "Donna." There is obviously no "Donna" and unless you appear to be a target, your voicemail will go unreturned. Anyway, I like to call them 3 to 5 times a day now and fill their little scammer ears with things like, "Guess which one of your next potential targets is an undercover agent." I call and tell the girl that answers (and the voicemail) that one of the next three people they talk to will be a news reporter with a hidden camera. I remind them to enjoy their freedom because it will not last. I tell the receptionist, who is probably just Salli, that any minute the FBI and FCC will break the door down and everyone in the house goes to jail. Have at 'em! PS. Here's a link to the undercover news report on these scammers... http://cbs2.com/goldstein/foreclosure.alleged.scam.2.993782.html

K.C. better know as Chris Lynn Eichenberger has another woman working for her. It was this woman that successfully fooled me into getting scammed. Her name is Patricia Williams. She is an African American woman, approximately 50 years old, short hair, frumpy but not overweight. She seemed like a lovely person, said she was a church going woman, even spoke about being a mother and wanted to help people that get into real estate binds. Beware!!!!
