June of 2006 valu-mart sold me a Dodge Intrepid 2002.On June 21st I notified Valu-mart of the problems that the car was having and I was told to bring the car in on June 30th to the reconditioning center for repairs, on June 22nd the car completely gave out on me.

I called the roadside assistance and I was told if the company was to come and pick up my car I would be responsible for the charges because the name of the car dealership was not in the system. I called joyce over at the dealership and she told me that she would send over another towing company to come and get the car, which the first company she called wouldnt come and get me because I was in Delray Beach and they were in North Lauderdale, so joyce called and said "I am sending a towing compay( A Touch Of Class)tomorrow to come and get your car(June 23rd-Saturday.

The next few days I am constantly calling Joyce and she is telling me that my car is at the recon center and they are backed up but they are working on getting to my car. I was fed up with the stories so I called A Touch Of Class and asked "Where did you drop off my car and when" and that's when the manager told me that the car had been in a fire and that it never made it to the recon center. He also said that he had not yet talked to anyone over at the dealership because the manager WAS TOO BUSY!
