Value City Furniture deceptive company dishonest ripoffs the business that doesn't give a d**n Henrietta New York
I faithfully purchased a living room set from Value-City Furniture in Henrietta NY and there was a problem with the loveseat so being that it was within the warranty time frame, I called and asked for it to be fixed.
Well, they proceeded to set up a date to pick up the loveseat for repair. That date was cancelled (by them) Another date was set up and cancelled (by them), finally they came and retrieved the loveseat for repair and it was to be fixed within a week. In the process the delivery men who work for Value-City Furniture damaged my front door taking the loveseat out of my home.
I called the same day and they said they would see what they could do. Well, it has been over 3 weeks (today's date 10.22.02) with "we will see what we can do", I am filing a report to the Attorney General's Office in NY. They damaged the door and it looks terrible and needs to be replaced.
The drivers who picked up the loveseat also brought it back and very sarcastically said "so where is the so called damaged to your door?" they don't believe they did, WELL THEY DID! And I will prove it! They got their money (for the furniture) now they don't want to deal with any damage their employees do other people's property while out on the road well we'll see aobut that!
