Value Furniture And Mattress Warehouse ripoff Never delivered my furniture, returned calls. Cherry Hill New Jersey
I purchased a sofa, love seat and chaise in Feb 2006. It is now May and I still have not recieved my chaise lounge. I have tried numerous times to contact the store and warehouse about this matter and no one returns my calls. Customer service , through their 1-800 #, does not answer the phone. You always have to leave a message. Yesterday me and my fiancee went to the store to discuss our situation with the manager. He was sitting near the door smoking a cigarette and did not come to greet us. I imediately got upset and asked for a refund. The Cashier gave me my refund and we left. I returned to the store to pick up a toy left by my daughter and was confronted by an angry manager. He was angry because his employee refunded us too much money. He rudely asked for my card. It's funny because this could all have been avoided if he would have helped us from the beginning, but he only wanted to deal with us when he knew we had been given too much money. Sometimes I wish I would've left my daughters toy there. Then he wouldve been screwed out of $900.00 the way he did us. I later found out the company had no intentions of making any more models of this chaise. But no one was ever going to tell us. If i hadn't gone up there they would still have my money, and I would still have false hopes of reciveing something that never existed in the first place. Oh and by the way the managers name is Raymond Robles and the B.S. salesman who lied from the beginning was Todd Geisler. I plan on returning the 2 pieces i did recieve tomorrow. I'm so disgusted with this company
that I rather just get my money back for everything and go somewhere else.
