I ordered a product from Vampfangs.com and never received it.

After multiple tries of trying to contact their customer service, I was finally given a rude reply stating "it must have gotten lost in the mail". I'm sorry, that is not acceptable.

I never received any statement or tracking number, and now, they've deleted my account history so that I have no access to it.

I have reported them to the BBB and the Dept. of Consumer Protection of MA.

Do NOT buy any products from VampFangs.Com or GlowMark Novelties! It's a ripoff!

This customer was issued a tracking number which showed that it was delivered to the address they specified when ordering from us. Although they claim that the package never arrived, the tracking number shows us that it did. The customer contacted us about not receiving the item and we clearly told them again that the package, according to the tracking number was delivered, and that we fullfilled our shipping obligations. We informaed the customer that maybe someone took the package from their location after it was delivered. At this point there was nothing more we could do. The customer demanded that we reship another item at our expense and that the USPS was wrong about the tracking. The customer became beligerant and began to use unprofessional language with customer support. At this point a supervisor emailed the custoker again stating that the tracking number showed that they received the package, and on what date. The supervisor the asked the customer if they contacted their local post office or talked to the carrier to try to find out what happened. The customer became unruley again and the supervisor decided to cancel the customers account with us to prevent any further purchases. It is our company policy to deny sales to customers when they become abusive and use vulger language. We tried to assist this customer many times to no avail. But, how far can you go with an unreasonable person.
