Vartan Tonoian Stole significant money and left for Moscow to avoid prosecution Moscow Nationwide
Vartan Tonoian is a self styled jazz impresario who doesn't know anything about music. He does, however, know about how to lie and steal. He has perfected this talent. We and others in Denver made him loans of significant amounts of money based upon blatant lies. He will ask you for money to allegedly start a jazz club, record artists or promote a concert and he will offer you his signature and bad collateral and significant returns. When it comes time to get your money bqck, all you will get is another solicitation for more money. He tells you that the first deal made no money and he needs more and more to get it back.
He is a complete sociopath and you should be extremely careful if he asks for funds, space for a club, money for anything. You will regret ever having run into this scam artist.
You will find out that you have been taken when you call him one day and he has completely left the city for Russia where you cannot get to him.
He carries a Russian and an American passport and yet the US State Department is unwilling to lift a hand to apprehend this bad guy.
I would be anxious to hear from anyone who hs had contact with him.
