I placed an order from a non-profit as we purchase and send out items for children with NF and brain tumors. We wanted to add XBOX codes for a few of the children. We placed this order back in April and have NEVER received the order even 4 months later. The shipping tracking shows it never made it out to be shipped thought the post office was notified. That is where the chain stops. I have tried relentlessly to contact someone. I cannot find any current numbers or locations. I was able to find an email which I have send MANY emails to and have never received one response. The payment was made through paypal and was completed. I am very disgruntled that a company can continue to operate when it has a poor record and refuses to reposnd back IF you can managge to find a way to contact them. I am appalled at their ability to run a company. I hope no one gets trapped into this as I did.
