was tenant who did not pay rent for several months while "watching over our properties" and keeping rents. put her daughter Alaena in another house and both refused to leave and are now being evicted.
created website and vacations listings on vacation sites: Expedia, Booking.com etc linking payment to her bank account while using our properties address and exterior pics. Misrepresented property size and posted int mag pics.
