AFTER ALLOWING US TO CANCEL OUR TIME SHARE PURCHASE (WITHIN THE 5 DAY RESCISSION PERIOD, THEY PUT THE DOWN PAYMENT TOWARDS A NEW 'DEAL' THE VACATION PRIVILEGES. THEY SAID WE HAD A 5 DAY RIGHT OF RECISION EXCEPT FOR THE 'ENROLLMENT FEE'. IT WAS ON A DIFFERENT PIECE OF PAPER WHAT THE ENROLLMENT FEE WAS. WHE WE SIGNED THAT PIECE OF PAPER WE THOUGHT WE WERE JUST SIGNING FOR THE PURCHASE. ABOVE THE TOTAL COST, IT ACTUALLY SAID 'ENROLLMENT FEE. CONSEQUENTLY WHEN WE SIGNED WE GAVE UP THE ENTIRE COST OF THE PURCHASE AS THEY WERE NOW CALLING IT THE ENROLLMENT FEE. THIS WAS NOT CLEAR TO US AT THE TIME. WHEN WE WENT BACK TO RESCIND, WITHIN 2 DAYS, THEY TOLD US WE HAD AGREED TO GIVE UP THE ENROLLMENT FEE - WHICH WAS THE TOTAL COST!!!!! HOW DEVASTATING! WE FEEL LIKE WE HAVE BEEN ROBBED, HAVE VERY BAD FEELINGS ABOUT THE MEXICAN PEOPLE AND HOW THEY COULD TREAT US TOURISTS. WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ENJOY OUR VACATION EVER SINCE. NO WHERE IN AMERICA WOULD THE 'ENROLLMENT FEE' BE THE FULL COST OF THE PRODUCT

and Vacation Priveleges has satisfactorily resolved the issues with our complaint, as soon as they will put the credit back on my credit card.
