I still have not heard from any Verizon representative regarding the alledged breech of cellular telephone confidentiality. 4/12/05 - verbal conversation with two verizon customer agents and the promise that Mark Perry, Supervisor would contact me within 48 hours. 4/13/05 - email to Verizon CEO, Ivan Seidenberg regarding the alledged breech of cellular telephone confidentiality. 4/15/05 - FAX sent to Verizon Security Control Center in Irving, TX.; with an attached copy of the email I sent to Ivan Seidenbeerg. What am I to do to get a resolution to my problem?
