I am very disappointed at Verizon Fios



please do not do business with them you will save lot of stress and money!



I do not want a bundle with Verizon!



All I need is Fios and land phone



their are playing  Monopoly taking over the territory and then screw your money raising fees, no renew contract t no deals!!!



when you call the costumer service line you get lot rude phone people



then if you call the corporate office



you get a canned answer" someone will call you back they never will!!!!! Never!



I am sick and tired of this company that is screwing up people homes and money



Be careful if you do business with them , the first complain you make regarding billing you are on red flag and all be rude to you  reason? you are too smart for them that is all



Very hungry costumer



Verizon you suck!!

I agree, Verizon's customer servive is usually of no help.  If you call them and they refuse to help you and you live in New York State, the easiest and quickest way to get your problem resolved is to file a complaint with the New York State Public Service Commission.  They don't like it when customers file complaints with the PSC because it looks bad for them and the state regulators don't like it.  Very soon after you file your complaint, someone from corporate headquarters will contact you and deal with you much more fairly in resolving your problem, in exchange for you withdrawing your complaint.  I've done this a few times and have been compensated even for more than I've requested.  Here is the link to the PSC website with information on how to complain.  This web page also has a link to an online complaint form.http://www.dps.state.ny.us/complaints.html

verizon finally called

after few negotiation they called we agreed to another contract at a decent price

still I am afraid to call in a future billing

Overall Verizon is trying to keep they extint costumers

Just be patient and nice and you will be listen

I learn this be nice and you get it

thansk to this program it helped me to pull out my upsetting and now I fill better that finally someone has doen something

We are all good I guess

I read over the board there are complaing with many other internet service and cable provider so I stick where I am now with verizon

By the way I do not want to go up the toof and clean a dish????? with verizon youd o not have this problem.
