Verizon - OAN Services ripoff fraudulent billing dishonest about services and charges Inglewood California
verizon company stated area of long distance calls would be 30 miles, when in fact the area is only 12 miles in radious, therefore causing excessive charges. Verizon allowed another company to make charges on our billing, OAN Services. Verion state that "The Government"
mandates them to allow other companies to place charges on MY phone bill, regardless of lack of
authorization. I believe that
this is Corruption in its highest form. Verizon refused to help with this problem, in fact hung up the phone while I was telling them I refused to pay for these charges, as verizon had NO authorization to allow this #13.43 charge. I called the company, as instructed by verizon and there is no answer/or just a busy signal.
OAN Services is just a huge ripoff instituted by verizon, I feel. We are stuck, there is only one telephone company available in Manteca, California. What are we to do??? Held hostage by verizon telephone company.. Thank you in advance for your availablity and time to read this. Sincerely yours.
