Dear Sir, First I would like to point out a few issues with what you are saying above. First, you admit that pay per click is the wave of the future, as such, since you know this I assume you have done you research. Almost every well know search engine will require you to complete some type of initial commitment. Pay per click is a labor intensive item to set up Just think about it, you took two hours of an internet guru's time (not cheap), Verizon set you up to be linkeddepending on what you boughton as many as 150 sitesVerizon imputed keywords, Verizon submitted your business to over 25 of the most used search engines, Verizon negotiated to by leads from these engines at far less than market price (check it out if you don't believe medepending on your type of business, Google will charge between $3 and $40 per click) and you want all this done for you at what price??? I will just bet you is someone that set their account up at the minimum spend levelssay $15 in clicks and $20 service fee??? Try getting a pay per click person to talk to you at Yahoo or Googletry and get one of them to spend 2 hours on the phone e with youI guarantee it won't happen. Now if you are really unsatisfied and don't believe you should have to pay for people to find you, you can do the following 1) Call into Internet Care and ask to have your account Suspended make up some excuse like closing down for a few months because of illnessthis will bring your billing down to $20.00 a monthjust the service fee. 2) If you do not want to pay the service fee and are okay with doing a little leg work, just cancel you debit card due to fraud and the billing will stop. Verizon will not take action against you, they simply kick the account back to the rep that sold you, and they can try and reconntact you to see what happenedin any case, the commission for the sale (a whole $12.00 minus taxes) is deducted from the rep that sold you. 3) If you complete the 12 months in good standing, you may opt at that time to go month-to-month. Just make sure you do not resign, or reauthorize the pay per clickif you do, it will lock you into another 12 months. Seriously ask yourself what you expected Verizon to do for you, what you were willing to commit to compete against others on-line and reflect on where to place the blame. Over 99% of Verizon sales reps are ethical in dealings with their clients, and believe me when I say that big brother Verizon checks up on us. Almost 80% of my customers are QC called to make sure they understand what they are buying and to make sure that I dealt with them in an upstanding matter. Good Luck, An Honest Advertising Salesman
