Verizon Wireless changed my account from prepay to credit account, without my consent. Not only did they change it, they changed it to an account type that would not fit my needs. They gave me very low minutes at a very high price, with out me knowing this, until my phone was shut off.

I called and tried working with them to give me a better plan. They never could. I kept paying them hundreds of dollars to keep my phone on while we sorted this out. My phone bill kept stacking up until I had to go elsewhere. Now they say I owe them $3400.00 + dollars. They have ruined my credit. I can't afford a $3400.00 phone bill. What cellular phone company would leave your phone in service long enough to run up $3400.00 bill?

At tops I owe them $400.00. Which I can afford. But they have gotten way out of hand with this. Now this is on my credit report for the next 7 years at least. I can't and won't pay what I don't owe.

VERIZON SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER ADVERTISE WITH THEM, BUY PHONE OR CELLULAR SERVICE THROUGH THEM. I AM BOYCOTTING VERIZON. PLEASE JOIN ME AND DON'T USE THEIR TERRIBLE SERVICE. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR LIFE BY RUINING YOUR CREDIT.
