I used verizon for about a year, everything was fine, then one day i get a bill for 400 something dollars. i call into customer service, spend about 20 min on hold, finally reach someone who is in the wrong department, so i wait on hold another 20 or so min finally getting some punk a*s child who should be in school rather than working for this company, and he tells me its a billing error, and that i have to be placed on hold again while he gets the supervisor.. so again im on hold, maybe 10 min and then this guy comes back on asking me if i let anyone use my phone this past month, which of course i didn't. yet he claims that i went over my minutes so someone must be using my phone without my knowledge and there is nothing he can do because for all he knows i could be lying. so now im extremly pissed and ask to speak to the guy above him, he puts me on hold for a minute, then the phone disconnects.... i have to redial and wait another 20 min to get back to someone, then i ask to speak to the guy before (because he gave me his full name in the begining) and they tell me he has left for the day. all in all, this company sucks major a*s and if you are in the market for a new cell phone company, choose someone else. i never got the billing error corrected so i refused to pay and the phone was shut off. end of that mess, although im sure it hurt my credit.

I want out of my contract. I have never been jerked around so often by so many....and they kept saying we are here to serve you....it should work....It never worked as they has said it would. Now Verizon says that they NEVER say that a phone will work---they can't promise that.... I had been a member of Verizon for a couple of years, but I upgraded my program to have included the NOrth American choice calling plan to be able to call to and from Rosarito area in Baja. With northern CA numbers it doesn't work.....The members of the company and their tech support system are not bright and not helpful. Any advice?

I have been having months of problems with the idiot Verizon supposed customer service people, each month having to call them to credit back hundreds of dollars in roaming bills. I have constantly told them how this iws affecting my health, have gone through neurosurgery during this time and they continue. If I can't find a class action available in San Diego, I will be forced (to my health's detriment) to travel to Santa Barbara to see the lawyers who have already won two class actions against Verizon.
