Are they telling you that the check has been cashed? If the check has been cashed then they would have a copy of the check, otherwise, they would not have a copy of the check. All the can do it ship it out to you again. do you live in apartment building? Do you havea 'general delivery' address? There are multiple reasons as to why these things do not get to customers .. Sometimes it is as simple as the wrong zip code. If the check has not been cashed, advise them to send it again, via registered mail, signature required. if they tell you that you cannot do this, ask for the Verizon Team Lead ... it'll get done.
