Versadock Teo Leonard Boat Dock Con artist Apollo beach Florida
In 2003 I purchased a floating dock system from Capt. Teo leonard and his partner Roy Ahern. The company name was Versadock AKA ERA Marine. The dock was warranted for twenty years. The dock, unknown to me, was comprised of other manufactures parts that if used in conjunction with versadock parts made them void of all warranty. Versadock new this but sold them as a system with full 20 year warranty. The system failed to stay together in flat water for as little as 1 hour. I requested they replace it with a complete and properly working system. They failed to do and just ignored me. Then I asked them to return my money and take the system back, they refused. I sued them for fraud. They fought the case for 2 1/2 years until it went to trial and the defendants did not show up.
The trial proceeded with out the defendants. The plaintiffs evidence and testimony was heard. The judge found Roy and Teo guilty of civil fraud and awarded the plaintiff with triple damages, resonable attorney fees, costs, investigative cost, interest, and future collection costs. the judge also charged them for jury costs as well. A total of 219K judgment. We had sued for 35k.
Teo leonard a florida resident never appeared in court, he attended only ofer the phone, he was to put it mildly an abusive, loud mouth, liar during the discovery and motion prosess of this case. Example: Teo accused the judge and my attoney of exparte discussions without him present. NOTE: When a defendant does not show up at a hearing the hearing goes on without them. At the pretrial hearing Teo told the judge he would need the jury for ten days because of all the evidence he had to present. In the end Teo proved to be the coward ,the liar, and the fraud I knew he was. Now I have a , non dischargable in BK court, fraud judgment against Capt. Teo Leonard, Roy Ahern, Versadock, ERA Marine. Roy has filed for Chapter 7 after the judgment was signed even though it is not dischargable in BK court
Crooks still try to game the system even after they are found guilty. We do need torte reform and debtors prison.

I just found anther whopper of a fish story by Teo leonard. Teo leonard, Roy Ahern partners of Versadock were sued for pat. infringment from 2003-9. They were found guilty and a 15 million $ judgment was ordered against Roy Ahern. Teo was some how released. So now comes the interesting photo and caption I found, It shows Teo wearing a Versadock cap, a Versadock shirt, and claiming to be the inventor of the versadock floating dock system? What a whopper sine he copied it from another company. Also Roy Ahern was the owner of the infringing patents. What ever teo tells you just remember who he is.
