I have never used or been associated with AT&T or Cingular Wireless in my life. I have used either Sprint or Verizon as my cellular wireless network carrier. On Friday, November 15, 2013 a charge of $55.13 was made to my bank account from Vesta AT T Portland OR. Sunday night was when I discovered the criminal act, and the red flag was that this was from Oregon and no where near, nor around Texas where I reside. I did not recall ever making such a large purchase with my bank card in person or online, so I immediately knew something was not right. I immediatley called my bank to cancel my bank card, and today I filed a dispute with my bank about the charges. I did not bother to call Vesta, as a Vesta representative has been stating on other posts. I know my rights as a consumer, and when a company or someone makes an unauthorized charge to my bank account, a crime has been committed and legal action will be taken if necessary to correct it.
