Video Professor Inc ripoff false promises Denver Colorado
I tried the free trial of video professor, supposedly was going to cost me $6.95 for shipping. I then got billed $69.95 which caused my checking account to be overdraft. I spoke to Elisha at Video Professor and she told me if I got a charge on my checking account Video Professor would gladly refund my $26 fee.
I called back because I got that charge I knew I would get because they charged me without my knowledge and they refused to refund me the $26 they promised to refund me. This may not sound like a lot but if a company makes false promises they don't deserve to be in business. I suggest staying away from this company as the software is useless anyway and the customer service people are nasty liars.
