30 business days later...

video professor has not refunded my money and i've been just told it may take up to 15 days more before it's processed.

the problem with that is i've read from many articles that people are still waiting months later to get their refunds..

i reported this to the local news in their city as well as here locally where i live in northeast ohio....maybe someone can get to the bottom of they scandalous things they do.

if anyone wants actual contact phone numbers for the company, here:

The main supevisor over the program is a lady named Sunny Martinez, who does not return calls but you can access her directly by following the prompts in their automated system

i recieved my refund 2 days ago. what i did was i contacted the local news channels in denver colorado.  their cbs affiliate channel 4 contacted me immediately and contacted video professor on my behalf.  I was on the phone with them when they did so and the folks at Video Professor WERE NOT HAPPY (lol) one day speaking to them my money was promptly refunded and 24 hours later, the person in charge, Sunny Martinez called me to make sure "everything was ok"

if you want the same help, contact www.haystackcolorado.com that's channel 4's cbs affiliate consumer protection help line.  Pass the word on to folks, especially if it will help them...

I, too, have been waiting since October 7th for my refund.  One thing I did learn is that their "normal" refund period is 30 'business' days, not 30 'calendar' days - HUGE difference.  Instead of waiting 4 weeks, consumers are denied their money for an additional 2 weeks, allowing Video Professor to earn even more interest in their bank on money that is not rightfully theirs.

I've made it a point to discuss this unfair businss practice with my friends and family, as well as the disproportionate price they charge for their products.  If I had even done the least amount of research before ordering from them, I would have found at least a dozen other sources of the same information for a fraction of the cost.

Why must lessons learned cost so d*mned much??
