Vidio Computer Store dirty SOB dishonest liar ripoff scamers Pennsylvania USA
I bought a Micron PC system and three year extended warranty. Took three months to receive the components. When I first used Wordperfect9 I receive an error message (Wordperfect9 has caused an error in KERNEL32.dll") and call VCS Technical Support for assistance at 800-767-4743.
Got through to a tech but got bogus information on how to fix the problem. Lived with the problem. Next time I called for help the phone number (800-767-4743) had changed. System presently not working properly. Can't run Scandisk or disk defragmenter.
Printer no longer works and am unable to reload the printer drivers. Can't get technical support covered by three year warranty. Feel real bad, got screwed but no kiss.
