VIP Pool Service Green Pool Gone and Back in less than a Week Company Claims False Gaurantee Phoenix Arizona
After two weeks of reviewing interviewing and contacting references we chose to go with VIP Pool Services in Phoenix to drain and clean and restart our green pool. One of the reasons was good reviews and the fact that we were signing up for pool services to capture their guarantee that if the pool turns back to green it's Gauranteed! Everything was good until the owner, Dan Diaz, came back a week later and added more chemicals and then all of a sudden claimed that the equipment wasn't working right. The pool $900 later is back to green and Diaz refuses to uphold his gaurantee. He is basically walking off with $900 dollars and we're stuck with a pool that looks like it did before he started. We have asked him for our money back, he refuses, we've asked him to do service, he refuses. This is a rip off and we're not going to take it. He claims he has two office locations, but he will not provide the informaiton, he claims all of his purported employees have college educations, yet he will not provide any information about how many and who they are. Now we're left holding the bag. If the equipment was that bad and the lines that dirty, then why didn't he be accountable for his work from the beginning? Why are people like him allowed to continue to rip off consumers and get away with it? In reality, what we're finding is that he is the only worker for his company, the only owner and it appears he's making a practice of this. All we want is our pool and equipment back to original state and our money back! God Help Dan Diaz of VIP Pool Services, he's going to need it!
