VIP Vacaions NY Company is unwilling to help and cancels resorts without notice Monroe New York
VIP vacations may not be legally ripping of people, but they are close enough for me. Their whole operation is set around the phrase "Subject to change." I recieved these trips from a company and decided to use one for my honeymoon. We sent in our information, bought plane tickets, which are non-refundable, and then found out they had decided to cancel our resort. Becuase of that phrase they could have canceled two days before and we could do nothing. I called and they set i had not case becuase they were protected becuase it was not final. Does anyone ever go on these trips? Or is eveyone just cancled and left to tred water? Be careful. We now have to pay to stay in hawaii. This company is a shanty business. DO NOT use them.
