Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Where do you start when you are talking about an minority entity that is ran by a bunch of incompetent employee's that care only about the NAACP. I have gone into this monkey organization more then several dozen times in the ending year of 2003 to TEACH them their job's and their duties which include but not limit to taking down the information down right the first time and teaching them NOT TO DELETE MY INFORMATION once I have given it to who-ever the first time. I have waited over a year just about just to get to the first level appeals. You ask, why so long, because just like the other reports, they will change you information on the computer, and when you ask them what's Up they will just give you that steer and say I don't know who changed your information on the computer, I guess the computer DOES Have a mind and incorrectly change your benefits information so it does take forever to get a Mickey mouse check of the VEC state. Call your Congressman, right! Wrong, what good does it do to call Bobby Scott, or whoever, because in today's world, it is DOG OR BE DOGGED? Maybe I need to write my Senator, wrong, in today's' world it is you better have enough money in your own bank account to carry you until you get another job, and do not brother trying to get the VEC to help you find a job, when they do not know their a*s from a hole in the ground. Good luck to the rest who read this and do not brother to report their problems as well. One last word to the one who reads this, TO THE un-employment beware it make's me sick to even think about a organization!~!!!!!32jr32jr30, better say this and really express my feeling's, GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!

To Dr No ang Gregg, your comments sound racially motivated and Dr No I wonder if your obvious prejudice is the reason you neede to enlist the services of the VE anyway. I feel I have been wronged by them also, but I don't think it hd anything to do with the color of the individuals who work at the location I went into. (Portsmouth, VA) EIther way, I wish you the best of luck with your situation and hope all is resolved to your liking. If so, what will they be then? Still monkeys who only care about the NAACP? How rude and tasteless!

You received some good advice from Jacqueline. Thank you Jacqueline for your time and quality advice. Now, whatever you do, DR No, DON'T go postal on their bureaucratic asses. I do not want to read headlines about how a disgruntled recipient of benefits mowed down dozens of state slaves in Virginia. Good luck to you.

Would you consider the State Monitor Advocates?

It is unclear as to whether you are being treated unfairly, having personal employment records corrupted, or are lost in government red-tape. There is no jurisdiction permitted to inaccurately report your personal work record or information. Even as Citizens, we too can get into trouble for falsifying our OWN information. You have to be able to prove this is true. IF you have kept a record, and can prove they are altering the State computer database, by all means, inform the proper authorities. I just wanted to offer this information, if it could be of assistance to you for future possibilities. You already have the Virginia Commission's website, but if you look further in there is a special section for those who suspect being treated unfairly. This section is run by the State Monitor Advocates. Their address: State Monitor Advocates of The Virginian Emp. Com. 703 East Main Street, Room 308 Richmond, Va, 23219 Phone: 1-804-786-6094 They specialize in helping Virginia residents who have experienced difficulty in dealing with the Employment Commission Job Placement. Now I could be wrong about this, and am relying on you to correct me, but this is according to their website. This might be a common problem, if there is a whole help section reserved. Not every State in the Union has this type of service. You still might consider contacting your Attorney General. Hope this helps. Rip-off Report Volunteer
