Viscom technology group inc. has been a nightmare ever since we purchased our computer! I wish i would have known about them before we purchased our computer. i will never purchase a comuter except from a legitimate source.
They have the worst technical support base i have ever dealt with. Every phone call with them was one from hell and you could never understand the technicians. I am still waiting on some software as we speak.
Please alert other innocent buyers and hope they never have to go through this torture. i hope all these reports have done some damage to their future sales and they should be put out of business. I am just sorry i was a sucker in all this bullshit!!!
