Viscom Technology Group - V2 Premier - ShopNBC Rip-off computer systems, no help Shame on these companies for selling such products and not making good on the warranty. Chaska Minnesota
I see people are still being ripped-off. My system will be 4 years old in July.
I did the BBB & Attorney General's office routine, didn't get anywhere.
Service doesn't sound like it has improved at all. ShopNBC was ValueVision when I bought this thing and no help from them either.
I found a reasonable priced technician and had him overhaul the system, re-install Windows and left the other junk off. Knock on wood, it runs now. Camera, speakers and mic are junk. Don't really use it anymore. Bought a laptop for less than $300 that works much better.
The class action lawsuit to provide an internet provider to those who bought system when I did really isn't much for the rip-off we have suffered.
Shame on these companies for selling such products and not making good on the warranty.
Hope people will stop buying these computers
