Viscom Technology ripoff since march 2003 I have had an inoperable computer 5 recoveries, 2 in house repairs and 2 techs to my home Chaska Minnesota
I am tired of being on the phone everyday trying to get this computer to work. Since the day I got it it hasn't worked. I have called Shop NBC to know avail. Naturally they stick together. Unreturned phone calls, unrecorded notes, they tell NBC they are working with me. The sorriest day of my life was the day I ordered this piece of crap. I've had a pc fan, motherboard, and memory installed and I still can't open any attachments or links. Of course they claim it's a user problem.
